These terms cover your use of the Worldview Lens Chrome extension and the Worldview Lens service it connects to. By using them you agree to these terms.

What it is

Worldview Lens estimates the developmental perspective a piece of text is written from, using published stage models, and can rephrase text for other perspectives. Readings are approximate and AI-generated. They are not an assessment of any person, not a validated psychological instrument, and not professional, clinical, hiring or legal advice. Don't use them to make decisions about people.

Your use

• Only read text you have the right to process. You remain responsible for the text you send and for how you use the results.
• Don't use the service to harass, profile or target individuals, and don't try to get around usage limits, resell access, or overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• You must be at least 16 to use Worldview Lens.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes a daily allowance of passage reads and a monthly allowance of Claude writes. Allowances and features may change; we'll show current limits in the extension.

Worldview Lens Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and applicable taxes. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the extension (Settings → Account → Manage subscription); you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. If Plus isn't for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a refund. If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you read and the results you get. You give us permission to process your text only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We don't use your text to train AI models.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on third-party AI providers and may be interrupted, rate-limited or changed. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or threatens the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
